I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic for exploring Madrid, the room I stayed in had its drawbacks, including poor ventilation and lack of sound insulation. However, the room was clean and offered a nice view. Overall, it provided good value for money, but I wished the air conditioning was more efficient and that there were better sleeping conditions.

I had a decent stay at the hotel, which is situated nicely for exploring the city. The staff was friendly enough, and I appreciated the room change after we encountered some unpleasant conditions in our initial room. However, the service was inconsistent, especially at night, and there were issues with basic amenities in the room. Overall, not a deal breaker, but certainly room for improvement.
